I am having some issues with my engage files not working properly once published on LMS.. the sound on the Image zoom file is not playing (it works fine in the preview stage).. and some of the engage files seem to have not been published at all ? I am testing the on SCORM Cloud, and it either skips the section, or gives me this error.. am I doing something wrong ?

Hello, Tilottama. I haven't seen that error before, so I'm glad you reached out!
Are you using Engage '13 or Engage 360? Are you able to share your Engage project file with our team so we can take a closer look?
If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. They'll delete it when they're done troubleshooting.
