Engage will not save changes

Hello, I'm having trouble with an Engage labeled graphic interaction and would appreciate help troubleshooting. Every time I edit any of the labels, click OK in the dialog, and try to save the file, I get the attached error message. When I close the interaction and open it up again, none of my edits have been saved. I've tried quitting the app, rebooting my computer, nothing seems to help. I've attached the error message. Let me know if you would also like the Engage file. Thank you!!

Hi Jo,
Can you try the solution in the link below?
http://www.articulate.com/support/engage09/kb/?p=494
(Note: The solution mentions the issue only on startup, but I believe the solution may resolve your issue).
Be sure to apply the change after closing Engage. After you've made the change, restart your computer.
If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
Hi Brian, I followed the instructions, applied the change, and restarted by computer -- but I'm still getting the error message when I try to save the file after I make an edit. Do you have any other ideas? I've attached my Engage file. Thanks for your help.
Hi Jo,
I was unable to replicate the issue on my machine. Thus, I believe the issue may be caused by the Articulate font. Can you try the method in the link below to resolve the issue?

Hi Brian, Thanks for your reply. I am using Articulate on Windows 7, not Vista. The Control Panel function is called "Uninstall or change a program" and the options are Uninstall, Change or Repair. There is no Reinstall option. Should I select Repair? Thanks, Joanne
Hi Jo,
Yes, choose the repair option.
Thanks Brian. I ended up deciding not to repair the app (time pressure) and instead rebuilt the interaction. It saved fine. Something in the first file must have been corrupted.
Glad to hear that you were able to workaround the issue!
