Inserting Hyperlinks in Engage 13

Is there a limit to the number of Hyperlinks I can insert in a panel of an accordion presentation?  I built an accordion presentation and inserted 4 hyperlinks in one of the panels. I published it in Presenter to a PPT and then publish that file to LMS. When I open the output file and click on the HTML5 link to preview what I've published, the last two links on one panel do not work. I then went back and checked my engage interaction to make sure the hyperlinks were there, and they were still there.  I tried everything I could do to get those last two links to work including: deleting the old panel and starting over; saving the accordion after inserting each link; deleting and reinserting the links; copying the links straight from the explorer page; copying the links from another LMS; hand typing the links;  and previewing the engage interaction as well as the presenter file.  So, any ideas that I haven't tried? At this point I'm at a loss as to what to do.
