No audio in Engage introductions

Hello,

I am having a repeated problem with Engage 360. All of the audio in all of the interactions plays automatically, as expected, except for the audio in the introductions, when it doesn't play at all. However, I can see that it is there. I have experienced this problem with Quick Choice, Folders, and Tabs.

How can I get around this? It is a significant problem since it seems to be a consistent issue across all/most of the interaction options.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in your Engage Interaction.

I created samples of the examples you mentioned and have mixed results:

Quick Choice: Question Level Audio on the first question, not auto-playing until a choice is played.
Folders: Introduction Audio auto-played
Tabs: Introduction Audio auto-played

Are you experiencing the issue when previewing your courses or once published?

I'm seeing the same issue on the Zoom Image interaction and the Quick Choice one as well. This is occurring during preview and when published to Review360

We've logged this as a possible software bug where audio added to the Introduction of an Image Zoom interaction doesn't play in Engage 360.

I've linked this discussion in our report so we can update you when we release the fix.
