Storyline 360 and Studio '13 - Engage not working Jul 31, 2017 By Brian Kurkjian Howdy! I have a trial version of both SL360 and Studio '13. When I try to edit an Engage interaction in SL360, it gives me this error message... "To edit and Engage interaction, you must have Engage installed on this system." Is there something I may have overlooked?

When you install Studio 360, previous versions of Studio will be uninstalled automatically. Double-check that you have Studio 360 installed by following these steps. Then, have another go at editing the Engage interaction. Let me know if that solves it!

Since you mentioned you're using Storyline 360, you should also have Studio 360 installed. When you install Studio 360, previous versions of Studio will be uninstalled automatically.
Double-check that you have Studio 360 installed by following these steps. Then, have another go at editing the Engage interaction.
