You can take a look at the information here. Are you receiving any sort of error? You could also share the 09 file here to see if we can open it in 13.
Yes the error says it was made in an earlier version of engage and I need to ensure it is a valid interaction. When I look at properties it says it is in studio 13 which is what I’m trying to export it to, but the presentation still wont accept the insertion. I need to make this happen in 5 different courses and am under some time pressure to get it done.
Thanks for sharing the file. It does look as if the file has become corrupted. There are numerous reasons that this can occur. Here are some recommendations to prevent this from happening.
Always save and publish to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or an external (USB) drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
Be sure the file paths to your projects and published output are well under the 260-character limit imposed by Microsoft Windows. (Publishing adds characters to the file path you selected. If it exceeds 260 characters, your published output will be incomplete.)
Avoid using special characters, accents, or symbols in your file paths and file names. Learn more about naming conventions in this Microsoft article.
Once a file is corrupted, it may no loner be usable. Do you still have 09 installed? you may want to try and open it there and see if you can do a save as to make a new file.

Hi Rick,
You could attach the interaction here if you would like us to take a look.
Here is the attached file. Hopefully you can make it work.

This is all well and good, but does this mean I can’t use this file to upgrade? I have to create a new one?
