We are trying to upgrade to 360 from the old Presenter 13 and Quizmaker 13 and some of our courses convert and some choke. I opened a case with support but this is pretty critical. The Articulate pop-up box just says that it can't be upgraded and it's making a backup. Not good. Anyone else have a similar issue?
Angelo is great but my issue IS NOT BEING RESOLVED and this has become extremely frustrating. The issue needs to be escalated. We haven't had this issue until we upgraded to 360. I can't imagine I'm the only one who has had this experience of your many thousands of clients. This absolutely sucks.
