360 UPGRADE FAILURE

We are trying to upgrade to 360 from the old Presenter 13 and Quizmaker 13 and some of our courses convert and some choke. I opened a case with support but this is pretty critical. The Articulate pop-up box just says that it can't be upgraded and it's making a backup. Not good. Anyone else have a similar issue?
