When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
Are you utilizing the latest update, which is Update 3? If not, I would recommend doing so.
If so, you may need to conduct a repair of your software.
Are you able to go through the repair steps that Leslie mentioned? There is a more detailed repair process here that will help remove any lingering issues with the installation. Please let us know once you're able to go through those and if the behavior changes.
Wow really? I have a corporate computer. Not sure I can even uninstall Office, but I know I can't reinstall as I don't have the discs.
I purchased and installed Presenter '13 (I have Windows 7 and Office Professional Plus). I opened it and used the command to insert a web object - it stops working immediately. FYI, I've had Storyline for over a year with no issues...
Is there someone who can troubleshoot this for me? Right now, what I have is a $699 waste of hard disc space...

Hi Steven and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

Other ideas?
Everything is on the C drive, no external drives involved.
I checked and Presenter was up to date, but I downloaded and ran Update 3 anyway - it took about 2 seconds.
No change in behavior.
