Hi Neu Bee - can you say a little more about what you're wanting to accomplish? Do you just want to shorten your default slide duration so that the Play button flashes earlier? You can do that by going to Presentation Options > Publish and change the topmost field ("Slides without audio or animation display for ___ seconds") to a smaller value, such as 1 second. If that's not what you're looking for, let us know and we can offer some other ideas.
Hello - I have a slide in the middle of presentation where the advance button (arrow) does NOT come up or pulse - it stays on pause. Properties are set to "By User." Advance arrow with blue pulsing comes up on all other slides. What's wrong with that one? It hase no labels - just text.
Hi Michelle and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! If your settings are correct for the slide,there are a couple of other things that we can check. Be sure that you are working locally and toproperly test functionality, you should publish the presentation as things do not always ‘preview’ correctly. You are also welcome to send us a supportcase to have a closer look at your issue.
