All text disappears when I preview/publish!!!
Dec 18, 2012
Hi,
Something weird is happening...
About 5 days ago, I was previewing this presentation to make sure that all the slides are visually OK, and they were looking fine after I previewed them.
Returned back to the very same presentation to continue work on it. On previewing it, all text does not show, but the images seem OK. Tried it on another presentation awaiting inspection - the same thing happened. I have tried everything, from reinstalling Flash (no luck), transferring the slides to a blank .ppt using the 'reuse slides' method (no luck) to reinstalling Presenter (no luck there either), and I'm tearing my hair out, what with the deadline looming. I'm prepared to send you the .ppt/.ppta files in question, but I didn't know whether to attach them to this post or await until any of you ask to send the attachment in question.
Can you please help?
Much obliged,
Jason Aquilina

Good morning Jason,
So sorry to hear about the trouble. From what you've described, it sounds like you might be running into an issue that was recently brought to our attention. It seems that a recent update from Microsoft is causing issues with some fonts and causes them to disappear. We are currently working on a solution for this, but in the meantime please take a look at this knowledge base article and see if the steps listed fix this problem for you. Note: the article is for Storyline, but should also resolve this issue in Presenter.
Thanks!
Christine
It works...
Thank you very much for your prompt reply!
