I am using animations for "bubble" conversations to appear and disappear. The animations work absolutely fine in PowerPoint but once I publish, they will not wait for the user click. The bubbles just appear disappear until the fight is done. I did check and animations amusing are supported. Any suggestions?

Just curious - are you using the default animation options with PowerPoint, or have you tried using Sync Animations?

If you haven't already, I'd try to sync them - that may be why they're playing automatically when you preview or publish the project.
