Hi, Our company is currently going through a rollout of Windows 7. I have an Articulate Presenter (AP) '09 course with 3-4 flash games embedded in it that works on some Windows 7 computers but not on others. I tested other AP '09 web courses and they work fine. Main difference between our various AP '09 courses is the number and size of the flash games within the course having issues.
I'm thinking that the manual reinstallation of the Flash program is the issue. Any other possibilities? We need a quick solution fast.

So it sounds like everything was working prior to the rollout of Windows 7? You can view the system requirements here for Presenter 09 to ensure your Flash player it up to date, and additionally there is a known issue described here in relation to Flash version 8,0,33.
If you're still having difficulty after reinstalling and updating your Flash player, you're welcome to share your Presenter files with our team so that they can test as well. You'll want to follow these directions to create a Presenter package.
