Help! I just installed updates to my Articulate products and now when I'm in Presenter, files won't publish and I have to use Task Manager to exit PowerPoint.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Studio 360. I checked for Windows updates (all up to date).

I'm sorry you got caught up in this! We are in the midst of a fix right now and you'll see an "Update" notice once it's pushed out to Presenter 360.
Thanks for bearing with us and I'll also give you a heads up here once it's live.
