I have taken a hiatus from articulate for two years but what happened to the option of putting the notes on the bottom of the player? Is there no way to collapse notes? or to create a closed captioning? How is this done in 13? I have a video I want to upload but I don't necessarily want the notes section there unless it is selected.
You are correct. The option for Notes in the bottom of the player is not a feature of Studio '13 nor is the ability for users to toggle their own view.
If this is something that you would like to see,you will need to submit that as afeature request. I hope that any community members that have a solution that could help you will chime in.
