I have upgraded from Articulate 09 to Articulate 13 and have several problems: The sync animations and add annotations doesn't work. The program make powerpoint crash.
a very nice person from support send to me a lot of solutions cases but doesn't work.
Please, give me a definitive solution to this unstable program, because I'm in the middle of a project and need to finish it.

We believe we have isolated your issues to the latest version of Flash Player. Can you please try uninstalling your current version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer via the Control Panel -> Programs and then installing the previous version. This is the 11.8 version for Internet Explorer
Hi I Tried unisntalling latest version of Flash player and installed 11.8 version for windows, but I still have problems, it crashes when I try to view the annotations ini the add annotations window. What version of flash player should I use? I use Windows 7 on my computer...

Hi Anna!
There was an issue with Adobe Flash Player 11.9.900.117 that prevented annotations from displaying correctly in Articulate Presenter '13.
We provided a programmatic workaround for this issue in Update 1 for Presenter '13. See this article for more information.
