I have a production in Articulate Presenter 9 that I need to republish for LMS now with the new license of Articulate Presenter 13. Trying to publish results in a pop-up (attached) and saying "yes" to that leads to Articulate Presenter error report window. How to do it?
Thank you for assisting! I do however get the error message "could not find process window handle" when trying to share the package. (In Windows 8 you go to File -> Share-> Articulate Package-> and click on Icon Articulate Package. Please add to your website)
I have a zip file that I would like to share with you. Where to send it?
