I am having an issue with my Articulate add in in PowerPoint. When i click on characters in the articulate tab, PowerPoint shuts down completely. Can someone please contact me.
Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that PowerPoint is crashing when you click on characters in the Articulate tab. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a few follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
Thank you for getting back to me. The version of PPT I am using is Microsoft® PowerPoint® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20644) 64-bit.
I am only having an issue with one file. I tested functionality of narration, quiz maker and characters in another file with no issue.
My files are on a local drive, not shared. Any other information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue and appreciate you following up with these details. I've opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on. You'll be hearing from one of our Support Engineers soon via email.
