We are using Citrix NetScaler as authentication gateway to provide Articulate presenter learning objects. NetScaler authentication is based on http cookies. It seems that the Articulate IPad app is not supporting cookies. As soon as we are launching the learning object the app doesn’t transfer the authentication cookie to the NetScaler and the connection gets dropped.
Is there an option to make the App auth cookie ready?

is there anybody out there who can help us in this? We would like to use Articulate storyline, but we need to solve the cookie issue first.

The Articulate app doe not support browser based authentication, the app does not have a browser based component.
