Articulate App Not working on iPad

Hello,  I am using Canvas at the University of South Florida. Professor crated presentations in Articulate.  I can play them on my Desktops with Flash Player and on Android Cell phone, but not my iPad.

When I launch the presentation I get a message to down load Articulate app then clink the link.  I do and get the message to down load the app again and again and again.  Please Help.

I'm sorry you're stuck in that loop, and would love to lend a hand. A few quick questions and tactics:

  • What iOS version are you running on your iPad? (Here's how to find that detail!)
  • Do you know if your professor created the content in Presenter '13 or Presenter 360? 
    • If Presenter 360: You'll need Apple iOS 10 or later.
    • If Presenter '13: You'll need Apple iOS 6 or later; however, Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9 and later. As a result, Studio '13 content may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player (AMP) and stay on the prompt below. For next steps, I would share this article on how to fix and update the content with the course developer.AMP
