A couple of my colleagues continually receive a "Articulate Presenter 360 has stopped working" error (see attached image). They receive this error when they do NOT have Storyline 360 open but DO have PPT open.
I have had them uninstall and reinstall Articulate suite and it did not resolve the issue (this was a recommendation in a post here in e-learning heroes).
Is this issue caused or related to PPT?
Any assistance is appreciate.
