I've been creating a course using the Articulate suite of products. I am very close to having the materials where they need to be for final narration and finishing; however, every time I try to edit the slide properties to set the outline or branching, Powerpoint freezes and will not recover and does not save my work. The same thing happens when I try to use the Preview button on the Articulate ribbon.
I've tried everything on my end -- IT has said that it may be because Articulate is not compatible with our 64 bit OS -- should this be a problem? How do I get around it?
Hi Paige and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Sounds like you have already done a lot of troubleshooting. I thought you might want to take a look at this thread and see if any of these solutions (especially Dana's suggestion) helps you at all. Otherwise, it would probably be best for you to submit a case so that support can help out.

FYI - I went ahead and checked...I'm running the 32-bit version of PPT 2010. I am NOT running Click-to-Run.
I'm not sure why I'm experiencing issues.
And I just re-installed all four products - still experiencing the issue.
