Articulate Presenter '09 froze. Next time I tried to use it, it didn't load into Powerpoint. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still didn't load. I restarted the computer. Still didn't load.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, can you tell me what exactly happened when Presenter froze? Also, what version of Office/PowerPoint are you using?

If your Presenter ’09 menu is no longer visible (gone or missing), then the Articulate add-ins may be disabled.
