Pls. assist if you experience this issue before. Basically when I try to open up Power Point I get this message " Macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your security settings" , after wards it opens up the VBS editor. Then Articulate add -in would not load at all.
Even though it was installed and the add-in is checked and not disabled. Articulate would just not load at all. We tried to repair MS office, remove and re-added Powerpoint. We even tried to remove Articulate Studio 13 and still come up with the same result.
I'd look first at going through the steps here and confirming that you're working within the system requirements here of Presenter. If you're still having difficulty I'd advise reaching out to our Support Engineers to work with them directly here.
