I'm using Articulate Presenter 09 in order to produces my courses. The only browser which I have problem is Internet explorer (8 and 9). In my environment I can show "Setings Checker" option and everything is checked OK. Could anybody help me please? I test my IE 8 with others flash sites and it works.
Are you able to give us a little more information about what specifically isn't working out for you when using IE 8 / 9? Blank screens? Error messages? How are you testing the content - locally or in its intended environment (web, LMS, CD, etc)?
Any more details you can give us will be really helpful for troubleshooting. Thanks, and welcome again!
2) If your LMS requires Java to be installed on the client computers, be sure the correct version of Java is installed and enabled for your browser. Java can be downloaded and installed here: http://java.com
3) Clear your browser cache. You can do this in Internet Explorer by going to Tools > Internet Options > General > Temporary Internet Files. Select Delete Cookies and Delete Files. 4) Also in Internet Options, on the Security, Privacy, and Advanced tabs, reset everything to its default settings. There is a button on each tab to reset defaults. 5) In Windows Vista / 7, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run. In Windows XP, go to Start > Run. 6) Copy / paste the following line of text (depending on your operating system) into the Run dialog box. Click OK, and delete the entire contents of the window (folder) that opens.
Windows Vista / 7: "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects"
Windows XP: "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects"
7) Close all browser windows for the changes to take effect, and then test your content again.
Would you like to go ahead and open a case, so we can take a look at what might be going on? First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!

Hi Peter,
I'm very sorry.
Actually the problem is a blank page.
We're using eFront 3.6.11 in a external webserver (Linux Centos 6 - apache 5.3.3).
We have no problem with others browsers.
If you prefer:

Login: test
Password: test123
After your login you can notice the lessons modules
Click in the first one: "Módulo I - Conceito Sobre Lavagem de Dinheiro"
Any browser you try will work, except IE.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best Regards
Ricardo
P.S.
I try everything I found here, even your answer in "Internet Explorer Checks"

Hi Peter
So, earlier today I made some tests and I reach some important result:
We're using in the Courses Title Brazilian Accent, and I deduced that this is "disturbing" Internet Explorer.
I tried made titles without accent in it and works fine.
Thank you very much for your suport.
Best Regards
Ricardo
