I've had Articulate Presenter '13 for a while now, but don't use it on a daily basis. All of a sudden,I went into update a PowerPoint and the Articulate features are not working at all. I've heard from a colleague that with the latest update to Presenter that Office 2010 and Windows 7 are not compatible with the software any longer.
I work at a large company and I have Windows 7 and Office 2010. Do I need to upgrade? Or do you have a fix for the update that ran? Thanks for your support

No, those are still supported with Presenter '13 as you can see here.
If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.
