I am facing some difficulties while using articulate presenter.
When I am in presenter and want to create an engage or quizz interaction the following message appears "Unable to load Articulate Presenter add-in. Click on learn more for troubleshooting information".
I went to the learn more / support webpage but did not find the solution to my problem.

I'm not sure which support article links to that error message. However, we can try a few things to troubleshoot this issue for you.
First, if you haven't already, try rebooting the machine. This is a simple fix that sometimes resolves this type of issue.
