Articulate Presenter in Powerpoint 2016 displays Preview and Publisher, however does nothing when clicked on

Articulate Presenter in Powerpoint 2007 and 2016 displays Preview and Publisher, however does nothing when clicked on.

I am working in Powerpoint presentation (I have tried both 2007 version and now the upgrade version of Powerpoint 2016).  The subject has occurred for both versions.

I have followed all the suggestions listed in June Dunlap article "Articulate Presenter "13 Ribbon not showing up in PowerPoint 2013", dated 3 Feb 2016, including  The Articulate Tab on the PowerPoint Ribbon Is Missing?

Within Powerpoint I ve also clicked on Quiz Maker and Engage Interaction, which do not open.

I am still not able to access Preview and Publisher, on Powerpoint.

In addition, I have recently upgrade to windows 10 and today Microsoft Office 2016.

Any advice is appreciated.
