Articulate presenter not working after publishing

Hi

The articulate presenter is not working after successful published the launcher/player.html file is blank 

i have installed player Already.Thanks in Advance

Good morning Ambika,

I'm not quite sure I understand what's happening. You're attempting to view your published presentation, but it doesn't display, is that correct? How are you publishing the presentation (web, LMS, CD, etc)? How are you viewing the published presentation? Do you see anything at all when you attempt to view it in a preview or published mode (error message, spinning logo/loading image, etc.)? 

Any additional information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Good morning Ambika,

When you view the published version in IE, are you viewing it after it's been uploaded to an LMS or web server? If you just click on "View Presentation" and it opens in IE, it may not function properly. 

If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review this article for details.
If you have already taken the steps in the article above and you're still unable to view your presentation after publishing, please submit a support case, along with your Presenter Package. We'll be happy to take a closer look at what's happening.
