Articulate Presenter Ribbon

I did an Articulate update last week and now when I click on any of the buttons under the Articulate Ribbon nothing happens. I went to Add-Ins and the Articulate Presenter Ribbon is showing as an Add-In. I also looked at the COM Add-Ins and both the Articulate Presenter Communicator and Articulate Presenter Ribbon are check marked. If re-install will I loose anything from the previous presentations I created? What is the best way to handle this? I'm using Articulate '13 and Microsoft Power Point 2010.

Hi Jennifer and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
You will not lose anything from your saved presentations, and you should be able to remedy your issue by conducting a simple repair of your software.
This happened to me yesterday. I finally ended up uninstalling and downloading Articulate Studio '13 again. Everything is still present in my project.
