I don't think so. You can save your powerpoint file as a movie but that's about it.
You could try using a screenrecording tool like Screenr which lets you record for 5 minutes and download an mp4 file. not sure how long your module is. You could do that multiple times and past it together with Windows Movie Maker or something....
Other screencapture tools might do the trick as well.

Hi Jim! Along the lines of what Jeff mentioned you could use something like Camtasia to do the recording without the time limits.
