Articulate problem when loaded to web page
May 26, 2011
Hi folks.
I am having an Articulate issue when I attempt to view a published presentaytion onto our comapny's web page. It is essentiay a single slide with a Flash video embedded in it. The video is about 100mb. When I go to view the published version directly in my web browser no problem. See below.
However when we load it to our server and attempt to access it, all we get is the following screen:
Anyone have any ide what may be causing this error? I have been publishing this in Web format, and have tried republishing it and no change.

if you look, the seek bar says "100 of 160" which indicates an issue with the file itself, which is causing the video to not even start to load.
Thanks Dwayne for the prompt response! I see there are several possibilities, so let me tackle them one at a time to see if I can debug this. I'll post my results.
After doing some manipulation we finally were able to set the FTP upload to binary and now it works fine. Thanks!
