When you get to the prompt, you'll want to choose "Reinstall". Sorry that's not more clear.
That should install the update for you. If you want to confirm that the update was installed successfully, open the "Articulate" ribbon inside of PowerPoint. Next, click on "Help and Support", followed by "About Articulate Presenter". The version listed should be "6.3.1303.2214".
