Articulate Studio 13 and Success Factor LMS

Hi,

I am creating SCORM 1.2 files using Articulate Studio 13. One of my client is trying to use the same for their LMS (Success Factor). My client is also new to Success Factor as I am. I am creating the SCORM with tracking option as slides 30 out of 50. Option selected : Passed/Fail . No launcher

But client's feedback is, the SCORM is not getting marked as completed/passed even after completing the full chapter. [I have tested in SCORM cloud and it works fine.]

I am not able to help him with any settings or basic instructions to upload a SCORM file created with Articulate (if any). Other FLASH based SCORMs are working fine for the client in Success Factor.

Anyone who has access to Success Factor or has used it to upload Articulate files, Can you please help me with a small screenr or step by step screen shots to make it work?
