"Articulate was unable to open the project file" - Please help

Hi all!

I am having some issues with Articulate. Presenter has a problem and I can't open or edit quizes or interactions. 

If anyone had similar issues before, please advise. When I try to include or edit a quiz or interaction the powerpoint shows me that it's loading and after 10 minutes or so it gives me one of the following messages: "Articulate was unable to open project file", "Powerpoint stopped working". I also get the message to deactivate the Articulate ribbon, but after I did that and restarted the computer, the problem is still the same.
