Asking for a best picture quality

Nov 15, 2019

We're trying to use Articulate for the first time. So we're taking our PowerPoint presentation and import it into Articulate.

Unfortunately, we lose the quality of the presentation when it's into Articulate. The texts and the pictures are not sharp.

Does someone here can help us? What can we do to keep the right quality?

Hello Mirana and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to see with your Storyline course.

The first thing I would check is that the Story Size is the same size as the PowerPoint presentation prior to importing. Check out this tip and others in this documentation.

If you'd like to share your .ppt file, I'd be happy to take a look.

Hello Leslie,

Mirana is a colleague of mine. I don't know if it makes a difference, but we are currently using Studio "13 (the documentation section mentions Storyline 360).

We did a few tests with JPG, BTM, PNG and GIF formats. No format is really rending better results.

Can you indicate where we can apply changes in resolution of images or in the resolution of Presenter? Our objective is to be able to configurate the Presenter application to fit full screen.

Thank you for your help!
