The first thing I would check is that the Story Size is the same size as the PowerPoint presentation prior to importing. Check out this tip and others in this documentation.

Mirana is a colleague of mine. I don't know if it makes a difference, but we are currently using Studio "13 (the documentation section mentions Storyline 360).
We did a few tests with JPG, BTM, PNG and GIF formats. No format is really rending better results.
Can you indicate where we can apply changes in resolution of images or in the resolution of Presenter? Our objective is to be able to configurate the Presenter application to fit full screen.
