Attachments in Presenter

I am having trouble with the attachment feature in Presenter.

1. My attachment is opening during the preview. However, when I publish the course, the attachment does not open.

2. I tried several types of files types: .docx and .pdf

3. I was working on the network drive. I copied the powerpoint and attachments on to the local drive, and prepared the presentation on my local drive.

In all these situations, the attachment is not working once I publish the project.

Good morning, I am having the same problem, I have followed your instructions with no changes, I have gone through all the comments and suggestions, but still no good. What next? any suggestions?
