Attachments not saving

Twice I just added 12 attachments to presenter attachment and clicked OK. Saved the ppt.  Went back into attachments and no updates were made.  Again, twice it has happened. I am actually replacing what was there becasue I want them in the order they appear in the course (I have sent a feature request to be able to clikc& drag to reorderf attachments).  Should not matter that I am replacing and not added.  My work should have saved.

 I'm trying again but want to know if that has been reported before and how to resolve. Thanks,

Hi Terri,

It sounds like the Communicator add-in is disabled in PowerPoint.  Please try enabling it by using the method described in the link below:

If you continue to have issues, it may be due to having the "Right Hemisphere Office Inserting and PDF Addin" installed and enabled in PowerPoint.  Please review the following article for more information:
