Audio adjustment of MP4 in Presenter changes video resolution

I have been using this product for the last 7-months and really enjoy working with it. However there is an issue that is bothersome. Video screen captures that I create and publish in Replay and embed in Presenter always present a lower volume than the voice-overs I do to the PPTs, which is not terrible but a bit distracting for my audience. If I use the video editing feature in Presenter to boost the audio level, the video resolution is reduced for that embedded MP4 once I publish the html product. Since these are software screen caps we need the best video resolution available.
Attached is an image of two files from a published course that are identical except that the second one had the volume increased by 100%
This seems like a bug in the software and any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Herman -- Thanks for reaching out here, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate a similar issue as having been previously reported to our QA team for investigation, so it'd be great if we were able to check out a few things. Would it be possible to get the stand-alone Replay .MP4 from you? And also, could you please use the steps listed here to Create an Articulate Package, and send that, as well?
