Audio and video has disappeared

Dec 24, 2014

I recently moved a published (to SCORM 1.2) powerpoint Studio 13 presentation from one computer to another, both of which have an articulate license. When I opened the presentation, the audio and video were no longer embedded in the slides. I'm sure whatever happened was my fault. I can't find the SCORM ZIP file anywhere. I don't want to have to re-record 42 slides of audio and video. All of the Presenter output from having published it is still in their respective  folders. The audio, video, images, etc. are all there. Is there anyway to reconstruct it without having to re-record everything?

Hi Mick,

Are you opening the Powerpoint/Presenter file or the published output locally? When you need to move the files as they exist prior to publishing - you'll want to make a Presenter package. When testing content locally you may encounter security restrictions that would cause the content to not open as expected as described here.
