Audio comes and goes

Hi,
i'm using Presenter 13. I am finding that when i am previewing a slide or range of slides in a presentation i have created that the audio doesn't play, even though the slide bar is moving. However, when i then close the preview window and then preview the same slides again, the audio plays. This may happen repeatedly, at random. I then also find that once i appear to have been able to preview all of the slides and the audio plays, when i publish, the audio may or may not be there. With a presentation this morning, i published it twice and the audio wasn't on any of the slides. After the third try, the audio was on all of the slides. I did nothing different between publishing. I also had this issue after exporting all of the audio, creating a new file and re-using my slides and importing the audio back in to create a new file. I am working off of my C: drive and with Windows 8.1 and Powerpoint 2013. Regards

Hi Jonathon,
It sounds like unusual behavior and I'm sorry you've run into this issue. You mentioned you're working on your C drive and that's a great start - I'd also want to confirm that you were following all the other guidelines detailed here for all your project files. If the behavior persists, can you tell me if it occurs in a brand new file with audio inserted? That'll help us determine if it's file specific or something with Presenter as a whole. If it continues, I'd also look at conducting the repair of Presenter as detailed here.
