Audio "hiccups" at the beginning of slide

I imported some audio files into my presentation. Most of them sound fine, but two of them have hiccups at the start, as if the audio is skipping. When I play them outside of my presentation, they sound fine, but seem to get messed up once I import them. I've deleted them and re-imported them into my presentation, but the problem persists. Any ideas about how to resolve this issue?

Hi Donna!

If you are experiencing unexpected issues with audio you have recorded via Articulate -> Record Narration or Articulate -> Import Audio, some common solutions can be found here.

If you continue to experience the issue after trying the steps above, you're welcome to send us the files so we can take a closer look. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
