Hello, I've imported audio WAV. files and when I publish to CD they sound perfect, but published to LMS makes the audio sound muffled. I'm not changing any settings when I publish differently... the presentation options > publish > is always set to 'optimize audio volume' and the publish options is set to 'optimize for web delivery'...
if you're not happy with standard web compression (it really depends on many factors, though), for better results, open your .ppt file, goto Articulate - Presentation Options- Quality and change compression values from "optimize for web delivery" to "Custom" and set Audio bitrate to 96 or 112 Kbps.
You'll have to re-import your audio files, to have them less compressed and clearer.

Hello Jessica,
if you're not happy with standard web compression (it really depends on many factors, though), for better results, open your .ppt file, goto Articulate - Presentation Options- Quality and change compression values from "optimize for web delivery" to "Custom" and set Audio bitrate to 96 or 112 Kbps.

Then publish again and there you go!
Hope it helps,

Thanks for such a quick reply Stefano!
I'll do this now...
If your LMS runs smoothly, 112Kbps is perfect, almost as wav! and it's not slow at all!
That worked perfectly - thank you!
