Audio Sync Issue in Presenter 13

Jan 23, 2017

I am syncing audio [narration] in Presenter 13.

On one screen the audio scrub bar ends before the narration ends in the preview mode and the rendered course. The last two animations on the screen comes up right before the scrub bar ends. Their cues are actually further along the narration so it appears that the last two animations are too early. I've tried rebuilding, synching and outputting the screen only to achieve the same results. Any ideas. I am on a tight deadline.

Hi there Deb! I see that you're working with my colleague Karla on this case, and she explained that animations will suddenly stop playing if the duration of the animations is longer than the slide audio. In Articulate Presenter '13, audio takes precedence over animations when determining the duration of a slide. If you need animations to continue playing after the slide audio has finished, see this article for a workaround. She added 1 second of silence to the end of the slide, and that seemed to fix the issue.

Be sure to let us know if you need any further assistance! I also wanted to mention that replying via email includes your email signature here. Feel free to pop back in and edit out any personal information, if you wish. :)
