I am working on a project that will be published in Articulate and placed on a portal for access. We have tested it and it works fine to publish to the web and the files are loaded on the portal with no problem. Now the client has requested that something be placed in the training that indicates the user viewed all slides. Not a problem if we were using an LMS. My collegues in charge of the portal have created a work around and have asked me to insert a final slide and when it open have it call to a relative external link.
I could probably create a "pretend" button and place a hyperlink on the picture. But, they prefer the user not see the URL and not peform a function (have to click something).

Instead of opening the external link via a hyperlink on the slide, have you tried inserting that link as a web object in your presentation?
