Can "t" and "o" view keyboard macros be disabled?
May 22, 2011
Hello articulate experts out there,
I tried searching this question in the forums, and maybe I just didn't word it right, or look in the right places, but I could not find an answer for it.
Here's the thing, I'm using Articulate '09 presenter and when I publish the presenter files to the web, everything runs perfectly. My files are presented with the option to view as an outline or as thumbnails. My client likes this and would like to keep it that way. However, when I have a flash file with an imput form on the presenter and an "o" or a "t" is pressed on the keyboard it activates some sort of macro to switch the view from outline to thumbnail or vice versa.
Is there some way to disable this macro? I have many instances where they need to type in the swf files, and words with those letters mess up the view.
Thank you for any answer you may have
-Ben

I think you can disable keyboard controls, but not the individual controls

So, I probably won't be able to disable the commands for "T" and "O" changing the view in the articulate presenter?
I'd need to do it to the presenter somehow, being able to disable my own keyboard won't do the trick, since I'll have multiple users on different computers interacting with it.
You can switch off keyboard controls for all users
Cool! Is there an easy way to do that?

Here are the instructions for disabling keyboard shortcuts

I see, yep I had the keyboard shortcuts enabled on my template. Thank you both!
