Is there a way to remove all the Articulate Presenter instrumentation from a PowerPoint file?
We have a VBA macro that creates a Word document from a set of PowerPoint files and creates an index. Articulate has added hidden fields or something that mess up the index. It would be nice if we could simply strip out everything Articulate has added. Is there a way to do this?
Hi Mike! I'm don't know the technical reasons your macro is running into issues but one thing I would try is to create a new presentation and use PowerPoint's Reuse Slides option to make a new "un-Articulated" version to try the macro on.

In PowerPoint 2010/2013, you'll find that on the Home tab under the drop-down at the bottom of the New Slide button.
Thanks for the tip Mike. Unfortunately the Articulate stuff seems to get copied too.
Does the Articulate stuff also come over if you do a simple copy & paste of the slides? I'm guessing it might but maybe worth a try?
