Index Simulation File Not Playing In Cornerstone

Hi there. We're currently in the process of moving our courses from SucessFactors to Cornerstone. We are having difficulty with one of our courses published in Presenter360. The problem is the course has software simulations that allow the user to practice a given transaction. The simulation is linked through an index file and attached as a web object. This link creates a launch page on the slide that allows users to click on a button to access the simulation. This functionality works; however, the file hangs when the loading reaches 99%, and the simulation does not play. The course works as expected in both SuccessFactors and in ScormCloud. The publishing option for the course is Scorm 1.2.

Any help or ideas on what we should try would be greatly appreciated.
