OK, this seems to assume that you originally recorded your audio in Articulate and are just trying to import it into another presentation, if I'm understanding this correctly. What if you have audio in both presentations and want to merge them together without losing the syncing of animations in the "second" presentation? Is that possible?

I would open both files and copy the slides from one into the other bot sure about annotations but I would expect the audio to come over
but then the audio files from the source-presentation will be lost
Its very simple to reimport them though

Deb, did you ever get an answer to your question? We are trying to do the same thing as our two ppt files are sinced and really large.
