Can't get Attached File and insert video disappears.

Using the following:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
Office 2010 Pro Plus 2010 running
Articulate Presenter Pro V6.3.1103.112 Pro
Working Project Folder C:\Course12
Created welcome screen in PowerPoint for student with [Welcome to Course 12] and inserted a FLV file from Working Project Folder. Attached .pdf file from Working Project Folder.
Save File as "CourseA"
All looks well in Preview, and Published with no problem. Close PowerPoint.
Welcome screen looks great!
Problem:
1. Cannot access .pdf file Listed in my Attachment. I can see the name of the file listed but would not open.
2. Open CourseA.ppt file in PowerPoint and can't see my welC12.FLV file in Preview nor when I re-published.
Can't find any working solutions anywhere on Heroes.
I can ScreenR this and upload it to Youtube so someone can help if you can't follow and would love to help.

Regarding your missing FLV file, would you mind submitting a support case to us?

Choose the "Record your screen" option to record a screencast of the issue & submit the case.
