Can't open folders containing videos converted by Video Encoder Oct 24, 2011 By Jennifer Meyer Help!!! I have been trying all afternoon to access the folder on my desktop that contains my encoded .flv files. Every time I click on the folder, windows explorer crashes. I've run Articulate Update 8, virus software, registry programs, and everything comes back normal. I can't figure out what the issue is - please help? Thanks, Jennifer

Is the folder you mention actually on your desktop, with the FLVs inside that folder? If so, you could use command prompt to move the files to a new location to see if that resolves the issue. Have a look at this to see how that can be done: http://ss64.com/nt/move.html Let me know if the issue still arises, and good luck!
